This is a3pin JST XH Male connector with lock. This is a wire to board connector. It is very small with mounting height of 9.8 mm. It is a crimp style connector, and a disconnect table type. Its a top entry version.
The wires needs to be crimped to terminal, which in turn can be fitted into this female connector, which will be connected to male connector soldered on any board. It has a good locking mechanism, and requires force to remove the female connector from male connector on board. There by removes the problem of unwanted disconnection.
